I'm a trans woman who has been living as herself for over 2
years now. I'm in a really good place in my life at the
moment, where I would be adding to the relationship I enter
rather than relying on it to make my life better. And being
aware of that is truly empowering.
I could talk about how I
enjoy photography, sports/being active, the arts, music,
family, friends, and the like, but I'm more interested in
the core compatibilities that really make a relationship
work in the long term.
I'm hoping to attract someone who is
in a good place spiritually (not religiously), emotionally,
and physically. Someone who loves themselves enough to take
care of their physical, emotional, and mental health.
I
don't want and expect perfection, or a perfect fit. I think
what people call imperfections are sometimes the things we
miss most about someone when they are away. All
relationships and interactions take responsibility from both
parties in order for it to be enjoyable, and having very
similar interests doesn't necessarily result in a
relationship devoid of occasional disagreements. I think the
beauty is in how a couple handles their conflicts, rather
than wanting to only smooth things over, move onto make-up
sex as quickly as possible, only to have things "feel" good
again without really addressing the issue at hand.
Friends
who know me hear me often say: "the biggest sex organ is the
brain." It is very difficult for me to be with someone who
is sexually inflexible and intolerant of variety. The person
has to be open minded and self-aware in order for that
department to work. That being said, I love affection,
cuddling, but can also appreciate a crazy day of fun
activities and excitement, and a person who knows how to
balance and enjoy both.
Nothing is a bigger turn on than
curiosity, passion for truth and authenticity, and
willingness to embrace the moment. Someone who is playful
and in touch with their inner self, comfortable with
themselves and in their own skin, such as dancing and going
out of their comfort zone or being silly and connecting with
their inner child. A good balance between geekiness and
social graces.
I love and appreciate self expression of all
kinds, and the beauty that results in people who are
immersed in the moment. I love meeting people who are aware
of things going on in the world and see things beyond their
scope of life and what their individual life
entails...people who see the bigger picture of what's going
on and how things are symbiotically connected...
I'm the
type of girl that would very much prefer a week at Esalen
doing a spiritual workshop of self discovery than going to
Vegas for a weekend, although I've had some insanely good
times in Vegas and other wild places and love to travel.
